At JOBSMART, our vision is to provide German companies with direct and uncomplicated access to workers from all over Europe, without the need for intermediaries in the local countries.
We faced the same challenges as you. We were unable to find construction workers, cleaners or service staff for our projects. Companies in our network had also been complaining about labor shortages for years, particularly in the areas of care, logistics and horticulture.
At best, we were only able to cover our personnel requirements by recruiting from the EU, which was expensive and time-consuming.
There has to be a better way today! That's why we founded JOBSMART - a network for so-called “blue collar” professions that offers the opportunity to find workers from Germany and the entire EU easily and cost-effectively. We are convinced that for some of you this is the solution to a problem that affects more and more companies in Germany every year.
